5AI-Powered Features
RecallForge may provide optional artificial-intelligence functionality, including generation of flashcards from user-supplied text.
When you invoke AI functionality, information necessary to process your request may be transmitted through RightVector-controlled or contracted infrastructure and to third-party AI service providers, including the OpenAI API.
Use of AI functionality is voluntary.
AI Output May Be Wrong
Artificial-intelligence systems can generate inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, outdated, fabricated, inconsistent, or otherwise erroneous information.
You must independently review AI-generated flashcards before relying upon them.
RightVector does not warrant that AI-generated information is:
- accurate;
- complete;
- current;
- suitable for a particular examination;
- consistent with official certification materials; or
- free from errors or omissions.
You assume responsibility for determining whether AI-generated material is appropriate for your purposes.
6OpenAI and Third-Party AI Services
RecallForge may use OpenAI’s API to provide AI functionality.
OpenAI is an independent third-party service provider. RightVector does not own or control OpenAI’s infrastructure, models, internal systems, data-processing practices, availability, security practices, or future policies.
RightVector cannot independently inspect or guarantee how OpenAI handles every request, prompt, output, IP address, technical log, cache, backup, security record, or other operational information.
OpenAI’s processing is subject to its applicable terms, policies, and legal obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RightVector is not responsible for independent acts, omissions, outages, security incidents, processing practices, policy changes, or other conduct of OpenAI or another third-party provider outside RightVector’s reasonable control.

9Copyrighted and Proprietary Study Materials
RecallForge may allow users to photograph, import, paste, share, or otherwise process study material.
The existence of these technical capabilities does not grant permission to copy or process third-party material.
You are responsible for determining whether you have the legal right to use:

- certification-provider materials;
- training courses;
- practice examinations;

15Local Data and Backups
RecallForge is designed so that primary study data resides locally on the user’s device unless otherwise expressly indicated.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of information important to you.
Device loss, device failure, operating-system changes, App deletion, corrupted data, storage failures, software defects, or other circumstances may result in loss of locally stored information.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RightVector is not responsible for loss of user data where such loss is outside RightVector’s reasonable control.
16Security
RecallForge may offer or use security mechanisms including PIN protection, Face ID, Touch ID, and operating-system security capabilities.
No security mechanism can guarantee absolute protection.
You are responsible for securing your device, operating-system credentials, PINs, exported files, backups, and other information under your control.
